Adult Swim “Pocket Morty” ID
I loved this job! Adult Swim came to Yeah Haus looking for an television ID focusing on the super fun Rick and Morty Game “Pocket Morty”. The idea for the game is that you can collect all the different Mortys.. so we thought let’s jam as many Mortys as we can into :15 seconds! The only thing that this brought about was that the animators needed a painted styleframe for each morty- we ended up with a 70ish page document for this :15s piece.. but at the end, it was well worth it!
ROLE: Art Director/ Storyboard/ Producer
The final frame of the animation was an insect display of Mortys. The Adult Swim team loved it so much that they asked if I could paint it up so they could print it for their offices. I was so flattered, and I really love the way it turned out!
