Here are a few of the Children’s books & kid lit projects I’ve illustrated for:
Tiara Friends
Scholastic
Working on these books was an absolute joy and an incredible honor! After all, who wouldn’t love bringing to life chapter books filled with the magic of friendship, enchanting castles, and adventurous princesses? Every step of the process was so much fun, from developing the character designs to illustrating the book jackets and crafting around 80 interior illustrations. It was a fantastic experience, and I loved every moment of helping to shape these whimsical worlds!
About Tiara Friends
Tiara Friends is a early readers chapter book series by Paula Harrison. The story centers around Jess & Millie, two girls who look alike but come from very different places. Their mixed up adventures bring them far and wide, centering around the magic of their Kingdom.
Tractor & Digger
Oxford University Press
Working on Tractor & Digger was an absolute blast! As a parent of two boys who are completely obsessed with tractors, I knew this project was the perfect opportunity to channel that excitement and bring some extra joy to the illustrations. I designed the characters using real tractor models as inspiration, giving them personality while staying true to their real-life functions. A particularly rewarding part of the process was seeing my illustrations seamlessly merged with photography, creating a unique and dynamic visual style that made the book truly stand out.

Storytime Magazine
Benji’s Magic Boots no. 57
I had so much fun illustrating both the cover and the hero story for Storytime Magazine issue 65, featuring Benji’s Magic Boots! The story follows a boy named Benji who discovers a pair of magical boots that let him travel instantly to incredible, enchanted places. It was such a great project to work on—I really wanted to capture the magic and adventure with a colorful, lively style. Bringing Benji’s world to life and making it feel as fun and whimsical as the story itself was an absolute blast!

Create & Play
Holiday Storybook
I work as an Art Director for the mobile app Crayola Create & Play, where I design open worlds, activities, and special events that inspire creativity. For the Holiday 2024 edition, I wanted to capture the cozy, magical feeling of classic holiday storybooks and bring that charm into the app. I created a special story featuring the Pet—the app’s main character—going on a magical winter adventure with their friends. Together, they celebrate the season with creativity, art-making, and lots of color! It was such a joy to blend storytelling with interactive play, making the holidays feel even more special for young artists everywhere.

Storytime Magazine
The Frog Price no. 21
had a wonderful time illustrating both the cover and the hero story for Storytime Magazine issue 21, featuring The Frog Prince! This classic tale follows a princess who’s less than thrilled to kiss a frog, not realizing he’s actually a prince cursed by magic. It was such a fun project—I aimed to capture the humor and enchantment of the story with a bright, playful style. Bringing this charming world to life and illustrating the unexpected bond between the princess and the frog was an absolute joy!

Santa’s New Tradition
Indie Press
When Karen Sisolac reached out to me about illustrating her holiday book—centered around themes of conservation and caring for our planet—I was absolutely thrilled! She crafted a beautiful story, and I had the joy of bringing it to life through my artwork. In addition to creating the illustrations, I also designed the book’s layout, making sure every page felt vibrant, engaging, and full of holiday magic. It was such a special project, and I loved the opportunity to blend storytelling with an important message about protecting our world!
